Performance & Range:
2020 Tesla Model X comes with dual electric motors one at the rear and one at the front axle powered by a 100-kWh lithium-ion battery mounted under the floor, the long-range model with its upgraded front motor in the 2020 model now has up to 351-mile range on a single charge (According to Tesla) and gets 0 to 60 mph in 4.4 seconds which is quick. The performance model gets 305-mile range, a slightly higher top speed (163 mph) and offers the quickest acceleration 0 to 60 mph in 2.7 seconds!! which is insane. The all-wheel-drive is standard for both models.

2020 Model X Charging:
Tesla offers +16,000 superchargers around the world with free unlimited supercharging, you can find them easily in Google Maps. Furthermore, Tesla offers a mobile app to monitor, control, and get notifications about the charging status. The supercharger station can charge up to 123 miles in just 15 minutes which is fast. You can also charge your Model X at home by using the wall connector or mobile connector (work for Model 3 and Model S too) but it will take more time.

2020 Tesla Model X Exterior:
Tesla doesn’t succeed to manufacture a great design; the 2020 Tesla Model X has the same look as the 2020 Tesla Model S but puffed up like an onion. The front has a sleek design and has a very small grill in the middle, the headlights and fog lights are completely LED.
The falcon doors can be opened in an 11-inch space. Also, they have a hinge in the middle and they are sensors all around them; you just hit a button and they open and close themselves, the same thing for all doors, the trunk is opened electronically but closed manually. So, what’s the point of falcon doors? What problem they do solve? Well, Tesla will tell you that they open in really tight parking spaces and that’s true they do go up and down very vertically. The slide doors can do it either but they are boring, these falcon doors are cool. Furthermore, door handles and windows are surrounded by chrome which gives them a wonderful look.
The standard 20-inch wheels look small compared to car volume, contrariwise the available 22-inch onyx wheels will look great on it.
The back of the 2020 model X looks like a model S but raised by several feet it’s broad with smoked LED taillights.

2020 Tesla Model X Interior:
The interior is very simple but spacious. 2020 Tesla Model X comes standard with five-seat configuration and can seat for up to seven people; three passengers in the second row and two in the third row. We recommend using this last for children or emergency because it has small legroom and headroom, and won’t be comfortable for long driving. The cargo space has 88 cubic feet. By folding the third and the second row, you get more cargo space. The second row is unfolded for the 6-seater.
The interior is decorated with wood and leather. unfortunately, Tesla doesn’t use real leather. On the other side, 2020 Models X contains a gigantic windshield that goes up to the head position, it gives a better view, but the annoying thing is that the wipers can’t reach it all.
All is done electronically
Elon Musk doesn’t want his clients to be tired from opening and closing doors. All doors can be opened by one press on the key. Also, the driver door opens just by standing up to it. To close the door just press the brakes, it’s simple!! Once the door shuts the vehicle turns on, very simple!!

Safety:
“Model X made history when it became the first and only SUV to ever receive a 5-star safety rating in every category and sub-category from the U.S. National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.”

Tesla continues to get even safer over time, it has announced on 2 May 2019 that it will add two safety features to tesla owners: Lane Departure Avoidance and Emergency Lane Departure Avoidance, which keep the car in the correct lane to avoid collisions.
The Autopilot feature is standard in the Tesla Model X 2020, it’s an assistant device, it doesn’t drive the car all by itself. The Autopilot is monitoring everything around the car using 360° Rear, side and forward-facing cameras and 12 ultrasonic sensors to make sure that it knows where the other traffic is and where you are relative to it to prevent collisions and assist with parking. Autopilot can even change the lane by itself it’s gonna scan around and look for an opening and turn.
EPA Fuel Economy:
Long Range | Performance (20-inch wheels) | Performance (22-inch wheels) | |
City | 99 | 90 | 80 |
Highway | 93 | 89 | 77 |
Combined | 96 | 90 | 79 |
Range | 328 miles | 305 miles | 272 miles |
Efficiency | 35kWh/100miles | 38 kWh/100miles | 43 kWh/ 100miles |
Connectivity and infotainment:
2020 Tesla Model X contains a big center console, five USB ports, a 12-volt outlet, six cup holders, a giant speaker, and a lot of small storage.
90% of what you are gonna use for the car is controlled through an expansive 17-inch Touchscreen, you can open or close the doors, folding the mirrors fog lights, control the air suspension, driving mode and more… clear, fast, and easy to learn. Furthermore, It has also a voice control which is recommended to control and concentrate while driving.
